Dustin is entering his 3rd year of coaching baseball at MHS. He grew up in Springfield, OH where he earned all-state honors in baseball at Kenton Ridge High School. After high school, he played baseball at Wittenberg University and earned Newcomer of the Year & 1st team all conference awards. Dustin then was selected to represent & play baseball for Team America in Europe. He played 11yrs of semi-professional baseball for the Springfield Giants, winning a national championship. Dustin has also been elected into both the Clark County & Dayton Baseball Hall of Fames. He & his wife Leigh have 1 daughter (Sydney) & 2 sons (Bailey & Damon).
